Hi, I’m Laura.
The woman behind Rosa Creative.
A little bit about me. I’m a brand strategist, creative director, marketer, and operations specialist. I’m the founder of Rosa Creative.
I spent almost a decade building brands and helping them run more smoothly from the inside. I was good at it. But somewhere along the way, I realised I’d been pouring everything into someone else’s vision.
Rosa Creative exists because a successful business should give you freedom, not become a cage.
My background is in aligning the two most critical engines of a company: brand identity and internal infrastructure. I learned firsthand how to make a business look premium on the outside while building the background systems and teams to make it run seamlessly on the inside.
That experience taught me a vital lesson: you can’t fix one without the other. Outdated brand positioning leads to wasted energy attracting the wrong clients. Broken systems mean you can’t deliver a premium brand promise without burning yourself out.
That’s why I founded Rosa Creative. We do not just design aesthetic logos and deliver generic templates. We realign your brand voice to match who you are today, while building automated systems that allow your company to run independently.

Her name was Rosa.
She was my grandmother and the inspiration behind this entire agency. She spent her days creating beautiful tapestries and illustrating letters to her grandchildren, to bring herself and others joy.
But to me, ‘Rosa’ has also come to represent something else: colour, life, vibrancy.
In nature, parent flamingos pour their own nutrients and vibrant colour into their young to keep them alive. Leaving themselves pale and depleted. They give away everything so their baby can thrive.
I see this happen to female founders every single day. You pour all of your own colour, time and energy into your business. It grows, at the expense of yourself. Manually running it all, and the freedom you once thought it would bring turns into the cage you’ve built for yourself.
I named this agency after my grandmother because I believe women deserve to build something incredible without losing themselves.
