1. About Rosa Creative: Rosa Creative is a brand consultancy run by Laura Dean. Contact: laura@rosacreative.agency

2. Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and begin work. The remaining 50% is due upon completion and delivery of your final project. Work will not commence until the deposit has been received.

3. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel before work has begun, your deposit will be refunded minus a £50 administration fee.

Once work has commenced — defined as after your first session — the deposit is non-refundable.

If you need to pause or reschedule, please give at least 48 hours notice. I will always do my best to accommodate changes where possible.

4. Refund Policy: Due to the bespoke nature of the work, refunds are not available once the final deliverables have been presented. All projects include a mid-project sense check session and one round of amends after final delivery to ensure you are happy with the outcome before sign-off.

5. Amends: One round of amends is included after final delivery. Any additional amends requested beyond this will be quoted and charged separately.

6. Intellectual Property: All work created by Rosa Creative remains the intellectual property of Rosa Creative until final payment has been received in full. Upon receipt of final payment, full ownership of the deliverables transfers to the client.

7. Confidentiality All information shared during our work together will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party without your express permission.

8. What's Included The scope of work is agreed at the start of each project. Any work outside the agreed scope will be discussed and quoted separately before proceeding.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
